Problem being addressed
The Department of Health and Aged Care note that under the Legislation Act 2003, the Therapeutic Goods Order No. 70C - Standards for Export Only Medicine regulation was due to sunset on 1 October 2024.
Proposal
The Department of Health and Aged Care remade the regulation without significant changes.

Assessment comments
Consistent with the Government's Policy Impact Analysis requirements for sunsetting instruments, the Department of Health and Aged Care has certified that the regulation is operating effectively and efficiently. Therefore, an Impact Analysis is not required for the remaking of the regulation.
