Problem being addressed
The National Health (Concession card or entitlement card fee) Determination 2012 (PB 102 of 2011) (Determination) will sunset on 1 April 2022.
Proposal
The Department of Health has certified that the National Health (Concession card or entitlement card fee) Determination 2012 is working efficiently and effectively, and should be remade without significant amendment.
